What is CNVR for street dogs?
CNVR stands for Catch-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release — a WHO-endorsed humane alternative to mass culling. Dogs are caught, sterilised, vaccinated against rabies, and returned to their territory. WARN funds CNVR programmes in Pakistani cities including Karachi.
